The company is strategically managed by the General Manager, with department heads from the Management Representative, Sales Department, Engineering Department, Quality Control Department, Production Department, and Materials Control Department taking specific responsibility. These departments oversee every stage—ranging from product design and development to raw material procurement, manufacturing, inspection, performance testing, and packaging for shipment—ensuring quality management in accordance with the ISO/IATF16949 system standards. Additionally, the company has established comprehensive quality system documentation that clearly defines quality objectives and assigns responsibilities, thereby enabling real-time monitoring of product quality and fostering continuous improvement.
