We serve five major industries—smart home, automotive components, security, small household appliances, and industrial electronics—integrating mold R&D, molding production, surface finishing, and mass‑production shipping. With stable production capacity and a mature supply chain, we are now recruiting sales professionals to support business expansion and customer acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer acquisition in the areas of die-cast parts, injection-molded parts, and custom tooling development, with channels including online official website inquiries, social media platforms, industry trade shows, referrals from existing customers, and offline prospecting.

Coordinate with clients to address their drawing requirements, collaborate with engineering and technical staff to conduct drawing reviews, prepare quotations, produce prototypes, and oversee mold trials, while keeping clients updated on production progress.

Maintain relationships with both new and existing customers, and follow up on order reconciliation, payment collection, and resolution of after-sales issues (including dimensional deviations, cosmetic defects, and delivery‑date coordination).

Collect industry competitors’ pricing and process updates, relay customer requirements, and assist the engineering department in optimizing mold designs and die‑casting and injection‑molding processes.

Achieve monthly and quarterly personal performance targets, and organize customer ledgers and file customer records.

Job Requirements

Education: Associate’s degree or higher; both experienced and inexperienced candidates are welcome. Preference will be given to applicants with sales experience in the hardware die‑casting, plastic injection molding, or mold‑making industries.

Skills: Able to interpret simple 2D part drawings, proficient in basic office software, articulate and effective communicator, and highly resilient under pressure.

Professionalism: Honest and trustworthy, adept at customer relationship management, refrains from poaching clients, and complies with the company’s unified online inquiry allocation policy.
